flowstackONE ("flowstackONE", "we", "us", "our") operates InkDesk, an AI receptionist service for tattoo studios and other independent businesses, accessible via app.flowstackone.com and connected messaging channels including WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram.
02 / 15Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using InkDesk, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
03 / 15The service
InkDesk answers calls and messages on behalf of subscribing businesses, books appointments, and sends summaries to the business owner. Features and channel availability may change as we improve the product.
04 / 15AI disclosure
InkDesk uses artificial intelligence to answer calls and messages automatically on behalf of subscribing businesses. When you contact a business that uses InkDesk, you're interacting with an AI system, not a human staff member, unless and until the business follows up with you directly. InkDesk identifies itself as an automated assistant at the start of interactions where required by applicable law or platform policy.
AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. For anything requiring precise medical, legal, or safety-critical information, confirm directly with the business.
05 / 15Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
06 / 15Subscription & billing
Plans are billed as described at checkout. There's no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
07 / 15Acceptable use
You may not use InkDesk to send unsolicited messages, harass recipients, violate WhatsApp/Meta platform policies, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
Businesses using InkDesk are responsible for ensuring their own customers are informed that calls and messages may be handled by an automated assistant, in line with local law and platform requirements.
08 / 15Your content
You retain ownership of the business content you provide — studio information, pricing, FAQs, and similar setup details. You grant us a license to use it solely to operate the service on your behalf.
09 / 15Third-party platforms
InkDesk operates on top of WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram APIs. Your use of InkDesk is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. We aren't responsible for outages or changes on their end.
10 / 15Disclaimers
InkDesk is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate — you're responsible for reviewing critical business communications.
11 / 15Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, flowstackONE's liability for any claim arising from your use of InkDesk is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
12 / 15Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable platform policies.
13 / 15Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our services or the law change. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of InkDesk after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14 / 15Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
